Thomas Soeprono, M.D

Thomas completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Washington. He continued on at UW in a psychosomatic/consult-liaison fellowship and is now an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry. Clinically he has worked on inpatient psychiatry, the psychiatry consult-liaison service, a primary care consult psychiatrist in a collaborative care clinic (BHIP), and is currently the Director of Transplant Psychiatry in the solid organ transplant program. In those roles, he places a strong focus on teaching psychiatry, to both future psychiatrists, primary care colleagues, and a wide range of other medical trainees. He puts a priority on leadership, innovation, and treating the underserved.
